This vacation rental is a thoughtfully renovated 1-room apartment of 28 m2, situated on the ground floor in a north-facing position, accommodating a maximum of 4 guests. The apartment features 1 bedroom arrangement spread across an open-plan layout, with sleeping areas distributed between the main living space and a dedicated alcove. The living and dining area is equipped with 1 double sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, providing a comfortable sleeping solution within the social heart of the home. A separate alcove, enclosed by a curtain for added privacy, houses 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making this space particularly well-suited for younger guests. Please be aware that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area such as the alcove described. The apartment includes 1 bathroom configured as a shower room with a separate WC. Parquet floors run throughout the interior, lending the space a warm and refined character. A balcony of 4 m2, also north-facing, extends from the living area and offers a pleasant view of the valley, complete with balcony furniture for outdoor relaxation.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The small kitchen offers an impressive range of appliances, including a mini-oven, 2 induction hot plates, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a raclette grill. As noted, certain sleeping areas are situated within open-plan spaces such as the alcove, rather than in a fully enclosed bedroom, and prospective guests are encouraged to take this into account when making their reservation.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
