The living and dining area serves as the heart of the apartment, featuring an open-hearth fireplace intended purely for decorative purposes, cable television, and air conditioning. A hatch connects this space to the kitchen, which is fully equipped for self-catering stays. Direct access from the living area leads to a 14 m2 balcony furnished with outdoor furniture, offering a marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains, the surrounding countryside, and the resort.

The first bedroom is a spacious room furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. It features its own private bathroom complete with a bath, shower, WC, and a hydromassage bath, as well as a television and air conditioning. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from a television and air conditioning. A second bathroom with WC serves this bedroom and any additional guests.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
