An additional open sleeping area, separated by a sliding door, accommodates 1 sofabed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Please be aware that this sleeping space is located in an open-plan area rather than an enclosed room. The fully equipped open kitchen is integrated into the living space and includes 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine. The apartment offers 2 bathrooms: one bath with WC and one shower with WC. Balcony furniture is provided for your comfort and enjoyment of the outdoor space.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
