The living and dining area serves as the heart of the apartment, featuring a panoramic window that frames breathtaking views of the lake, the mountains, and the surrounding countryside, along with an open-hearth fireplace intended for decorative purposes and electric shutters. A set of doors leads directly onto a 14 m2 balcony, furnished for outdoor relaxation and offering the same marvellous panoramic scenery. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from its own private bathroom complete with a bath, shower, WC, and a hydromassage bath, as well as electric shutters. The second bedroom also features 1 double bed with the same dimensions of 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The apartment further includes an open kitchen, a shower room with WC, and a separate WC.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The open kitchen is outfitted with a comprehensive selection of appliances, including an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
