The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space. The apartment includes 1 bathroom with a bath and WC, as well as a separate WC with a double hand-basin. A private terrace of 10 m2 with terrace furniture completes this elegant and well-considered layout.
