The first bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from its own private bathroom with bath, shower, and WC, as well as air conditioning and access to the balcony. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is served by a private bathroom with bath, shower, and WC, along with air conditioning. The third bedroom also features 2 single beds of the same dimensions, a private bathroom with bath, shower, and WC, air conditioning, and an additional fan. The fourth bedroom likewise offers 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with air conditioning. The apartment further includes a separate shower room with WC and an additional bathroom with bath, shower, and WC, bringing the total to 5 bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living area and is fitted with all the essentials for comfortable self-catering stays.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
