The sleeping quarters are thoughtfully arranged to suit a variety of guest configurations: 2 bedrooms are each furnished with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the third bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with a fan for added comfort. The apartment offers 2 well-appointed bathrooms, one featuring a bath with WC and the other a shower with WC, complemented by a separate additional WC. The balcony is furnished for outdoor relaxation and provides a truly spectacular panoramic setting.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
