The dedicated bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from its own private exit to the balcony. The bathroom is configured as a bath with WC, and a separate additional WC is also available within the apartment. The balcony is equipped with outdoor furniture, making it an ideal setting to soak in the panoramic scenery that surrounds the property.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
