On the main floor, a generous living and dining room of 50 m2 opens directly onto a terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. This level also includes an open-plan kitchen fully equipped for comfortable stays, as well as a separate WC for added convenience.

The lower ground floor offers an additional living and dining area that also opens onto a terrace, providing a second relaxed gathering space for guests. This level hosts 2 bedrooms: one fitted with a double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and another with a larger double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A shower room with bidet and WC completes this floor.

The upper floor contains 3 bedrooms in total. 2 of these rooms are each furnished with a double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the third room features a double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A bathroom with bathtub and WC serves this floor.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
