Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge, and a cheese fondue set is also provided for guests to enjoy. For entertainment, the living area includes a television with cable TV as well as a radio. A washing machine is available for guests requiring laundry facilities during their stay, and heating is provided to ensure comfort throughout all seasons. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
