Nestled on the 5th floor of the building, this fully renovated vacation rental known as "Rosablanche D52" offers a thoughtfully designed 1-room apartment spanning 25 m2, accommodating a maximum of 2 guests. The apartment features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, and was comprehensively renovated in 2018 with modern and tasteful furnishings throughout. The living and dining area serves as the heart of the space, equipped with 2 fold-away beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, comfortably sleeping 2 persons. The single bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC. A south-facing balcony extends the living space outdoors, furnished with balcony furniture and offering a scenic view of the ski run.

Amenities Included

The apartment is equipped with a well-appointed kitchenette featuring 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge, and a cheese fondue set is also provided for guests to enjoy. For entertainment, the living area includes a television with cable TV as well as a radio. A washing machine is available for guests requiring laundry facilities during their stay, and heating is provided to ensure comfort throughout all seasons. Additional amenities include a hair dryer and WiFi internet access throughout the apartment. The building is served by a lift, referenced as Lift D, providing convenient access to the 5th floor.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
