The living and dining area serves as the heart of the space, equipped with 2 fold-away beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, comfortably sleeping 2 persons. The single bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC. A south-facing balcony extends the living space outdoors, furnished with balcony furniture and offering a scenic view of the ski run.

The apartment is equipped with a well-appointed kitchenette featuring 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge, and a cheese fondue set is also provided for guests to enjoy. For entertainment, the living area includes a television with cable TV as well as a radio. A washing machine is available for guests requiring laundry facilities during their stay, and heating is provided to ensure comfort throughout all seasons. Additional amenities include a hair dryer and WiFi internet access throughout the apartment. The building is served by a lift, referenced as Lift D, providing convenient access to the 5th floor.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
