"Rosablanche C64" is a 2-room apartment spanning 60 m2, located on the 6th floor and accommodating a maximum of 5 guests across 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The apartment features beautiful furnishings, partly renewed in 2025, and is distributed across a well-thought-out interior layout that makes excellent use of the available space. The living and dining area is equipped with 1 double sofabed measuring 2 x 80 cm with a length of 200 cm, offering a comfortable sleeping solution for additional guests. The dedicated room contains 1 set of bunk beds accommodating 2 guests as well as 1 french bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements suited to a variety of group compositions. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is appointed with a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, a combination microwave, and a fondue set for cheese. Please note that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge. The apartment includes 2 bathrooms: one bath with WC and one shower with WC. A south-facing balcony offers a direct view of the ski run, adding a remarkable outdoor dimension to this vacation rental.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
