The space benefits from direct access to a south-facing balcony, where balcony furniture is provided and beautiful mountain views can be enjoyed. The studio includes 1 bathroom equipped with a bathtub measuring 125 cm in length, paired with a WC.

This vacation rental is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchen area features an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, with Delizio capsules available as an extra. For a truly authentic alpine dining experience, a raclette grill and a cheese fondue set are also provided. Entertainment is catered for with a cable television. Laundry needs are met with a washing machine on site, and heating is available throughout the property to ensure warmth and comfort during your stay. Wireless internet access via WiFi is provided, and a hair dryer is available for personal use.

The property operates as a non-smoking house, and guests are kindly asked to respect this rule throughout their stay. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
