"Rosablanche E36" is a thoughtfully designed 1-room apartment of 20 m2, situated on the 3rd floor with a north-facing position offering a pleasant view of the mountains. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 2 guests and features 1 bedroom arrangement within its open-plan living space. The main room serves as a combined living and dining area, furnished with 1 pull-out bed suitable for 2 persons, with each sleeping surface measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The apartment includes 1 bathroom fitted with a shower and WC. A kitchenette is integrated into the living space and is equipped with 2 hot plates, an electric coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules (available at an extra charge), a combination microwave, and a fondue set suitable for both chinoise and cheese fondue.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
