The second bedroom is equipped with 1 single bed and 1 set of bunk beds sleeping 2, also featuring a hand-basin. The third bedroom offers 2 single beds as well as 1 additional single bed and 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is similarly appointed with a hand-basin. The kitchen is a small open-plan space fitted with a bar counter, 4 hot plates, and an oven, making it practical for preparing meals during your stay. The bathroom facilities consist of a shower room, a combined shower and WC, and a separate WC, together forming the 2 bathrooms available to guests.

The property is reserved exclusively for non-smokers, and this rule applies throughout the duration of the stay. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
