"Rosablanche 205" is a spacious 5-room vacation rental spanning 159 m2, situated on the upper ground floor and designed to accommodate up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The apartment features modern furnishings with warm wooden accents throughout, creating an elegant and welcoming atmosphere.

The first bedroom is a large room appointed with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This room benefits from a private bathroom complete with a double hand-basin and a corner bath, along with a WC. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and offers direct access to the balcony, which enjoys both a north-facing and an east-facing position. The third bedroom also features 2 single beds of the same dimensions, 90 cm by 190 cm, and is distinguished by a panoramic window, a hand-basin, and a shower. This room likewise provides access to the balcony, oriented toward both the north and the east. The fourth is a small children's room furnished with 2 single beds, each 90 cm wide and 190 cm in length.

The living and dining area is bright and generously proportioned, featuring a panoramic window that frames the surrounding scenery and a cable television. A large, open-plan kitchen connects seamlessly to the living space and includes a dining table as well as direct access to the south-facing terrace. An additional shower room with WC and a separate WC complete the bathroom facilities of the apartment.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
