The entrance hall features 1 bed measuring 70 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing a dedicated resting space upon entry. The living and sleeping area serves as the heart of the studio, offering 1 sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 set of bunk beds measuring 130 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making the space well-suited for families. Please be aware that some sleeping areas are located in open-plan zones such as a gallery or alcove, rather than within an enclosed bedroom. The studio counts 1 bathroom, configured as a shower and WC. A south-facing balcony with balcony furniture extends the living space outdoors, offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The open kitchen is fully equipped and integrated into the main living area, completing the functional and welcoming layout of this vacation rental.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
