Check-in is scheduled between 3.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m., unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon in writing, while check-out must be completed by 10.00 a.m. Upon arrival, a refundable security deposit of 1,500 euro will be required in the form of an authorisation to charge a credit or debit card. The property manager will inspect the villa following your departure for any damages, missing items, or irregularities attributable to the tenant or any person residing in or invited to the property. The security deposit will be returned or released within 10 days of departure, provided that no costs or expenses of any kind remain outstanding.
