The 8 bedroom Villa Sant’Angelo is immersed in the enchanting Tuscany hills. It’s an old country manor which once belonged to the noble family of Conti Ghezzi who loved to spend their holidays here.
Recently restored it has managed to maintain its original charm thanks to the rare finishings: antique wooden beams, terracotta tiles, stone fireplaces in the large rooms, choice of colours and the very large illuminated environment.
The furniture has been carefully chosen, both functional and comfortable, but distinguishable with the elegant Tuscany classical style furniture which can be found in most homes today.

At guests disposal:
The villa is completely enclosed by a fence and has an independent entrance and enjoys complete privacy. A large garden surrounds the house and here there is a private swimming pool (16m x 8m depth 1.5 mt).
From here, following a footpath, you can reach a lake, tennis court, and also other trekking footpaths within the densely thick woods.
Our guests are free to explore the farm and have free access to the large biological vegetable garden which has been cultivated using old traditional methods.

The pool is non-heated and open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. The spacious sunbathing area surrounding the pool is paved with tiles, stones, and grass, and is furnished with umbrellas, sunbeds, small tables, armchairs, and sofas, as well as an outdoor hot and cold-water shower. A few steps below the pool level leads to a dedicated relaxation area complete with changing rooms, a bathroom, and a refrigerator. A sauna is also located on the lawn just a couple of metres from the sunbathing area, adding a further dimension of wellness to your outdoor experience. The surrounding travertine pool terrace is equipped with sunbeds and adjustable umbrellas, creating an ideal sunbathing and relaxation area. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please be aware that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the flowering of plants and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you observe upon arrival.
