The panoramic non-heated swimming pool is located on the same level as the villa, approximately 30 metres away, and is accessible via a path across the lawn or two flights of steps. Rectangular in shape and measuring 17 x 8 metres with a depth of 1.50 metres, it is lined in PVC and equipped with a chlorine purification system and five submerged steps for easy access. Please note that the photos of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the flowering of plants and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.
The non-heated swimming pool is situated in the lower part of the property, approximately 40 metres from the house, and is reached by a flight of steps across the lawn in front of the main entrance. The rectangular pool measures 6 x 12 metres with a variable depth ranging from 0.50 to 1.50 metres, and is lined in sand-coloured PVC. It features Roman steps for water access, as well as both internal and external lighting along the perimeter. A large solarium in travertine surrounds the pool, shaded by generous umbrellas and furnished with comfortable deck chairs, small tables, and a gazebo. Adjacent to the gazebo is a small annex containing a bathroom with shower and a changing room. The pool is bordered by large vineyards and is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October. The garden and pool are reserved for the exclusive use of guests.
