Here guests are welcomed into six charming units that reflect a rare and authentic form of hospitality: the Albergo diffuso—literally, a ‘scattered hotel’. Developed in Italy, this model revitalizes once-abandoned villages by blending comfort with local tradition in a truly immersive experience- in fact the "borgo" is a shared community between locals that live here permanently, and travelers that was born in the late 1980's.
Our collaboration with this placa was born to promote a network of local chefs, farmers, winemakers, guides, and hospitality professionals — all working together to create meaningful moments that we hope will make your stay one to remember.

The estate is enlivened by rows of vineyards, dense woodland where fallow deer, roe deer, porcupines, squirrels, and foxes are frequently spotted, and gently rolling hills that frame the horizon in every direction. Numerous trekking trails wind through the estate along streams and offer breathtaking scenic views, inviting guests to explore the land at their own pace. Directly in front of the villa entrances, in a convenient and panoramic position, are the main outdoor relaxation areas: a charming patio furnished with sofas, armchairs, and coffee tables for lounging, and a loggia equipped with an outdoor dining table and a barbecue, ideal for al fresco meals. The outdoor areas surrounding the annexes provide additional living and relaxation spaces for guests. The panoramic swimming pool, non-heated, is positioned on an upper terrace approximately 200 meters from the farmhouse and is reached via a stone-paved path through the grounds. Rectangular in shape with 1 infinity edge, it measures 5.5 x 13 meters with a constant depth of 1.5 meters. The pool is PVC-lined, accessed via corner steps, and purified using a chlorine system. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.

Casa Torrione is configured as a main two-storey building divided into 2 separate units with no internal communication between them, complemented by a small adjacent annex, together accommodating a maximum of 14 guests across 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Unit 1 is entered through the main entrance, which opens into a bright and spacious living area comprising a large dining room and a smaller room connected to a fully equipped built-in kitchen featuring a fireplace-barbecue, with direct access to the back garden. A terracotta staircase at the entrance leads to the first floor, where the sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms: a twin bedroom with joinable beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom, and a second twin bedroom, with the double and second twin sharing a bathroom with bathtub. Unit 2 occupies the ground floor with a spacious living room where sofas are arranged around an antique fireplace facing the garden, a kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. The upper floor of Unit 2 contains a twin bedroom with joinable beds and a double bedroom, both served by a shared bathroom with bathtub. The Annex, standing a few metres from the main house, is accessed through a spacious veranda and consists of a twin bedroom with joinable beds and a bathroom with shower.
