"Rosablanche D 203A" is a beautifully appointed 4-room vacation rental spanning 135 m2 on the upper ground floor, fully renovated in 2015 with modern and tasteful furnishings throughout. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering a comfortable and refined living experience.
The spacious living and dining room serves as the heart of the apartment, featuring cable TV and DVD player, with direct access to the north-facing balcony that offers a partial view of the mountains and the ski run. The open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living space and is fully equipped for self-catering stays.
The first bedroom features a window overlooking the living room and is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom also features a window onto the living room and contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The third bedroom is fitted with 1 double bed composed of 2 x 90 cm widths and 200 cm in length, and benefits from its own private bathroom complete with a double hand-basin and a corner bath, as well as direct access to the balcony. A separate shower room with WC serves the remaining bedrooms. Throughout the apartment, elegant parquet floors add a warm and sophisticated finish to the interior.

The apartment is thoroughly equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The open kitchen houses a full suite of appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules, which are available as an extra. For convivial dining experiences, a raclette grill, a cheese fondue set, and a chinoise fondue set are also provided. Heating is available throughout the apartment to ensure warmth and comfort during cooler periods. Entertainment is well catered for with a television featuring cable access and a DVD player in the living room. Wireless Internet access via WiFi is available throughout the property, keeping guests connected during their stay.

The apartment is located in a non-smoking building, and guests are kindly asked to respect this house rule at all times. A garage space numbered 35 is included, providing secure and convenient covered parking for guests travelling by car. Please be aware that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are not included and are available at an additional cost.
