A portico with lounge furniture is accessible from the living area, while the kitchen opens onto an outdoor dining area with a barbecue and outdoor kitchen.

Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is located approximately 30 m from the villa and reached via a path through the garden. Rectangular in shape; Measures 16 x 6 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m; lined with PVC; side access steps and a one-metre-wide peninsula at the entrance serving as a platform or relaxation area; chlorine purification; internal and external lighting. The surrounding solarium is equipped with sunbeds and a gazebo. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
