The beautiful private swimming pool is the focal point of the garden, framed by a generous pergola that casts welcome shade over the surrounding tables, making it a perfect spot for leisurely lunches or evening gatherings. A dedicated entrance area outside features a large table accommodating up to 12 people, ideal for al fresco dining with family or friends. At the rear of the house, a charcoal barbecue seating area provides a wonderful space for outdoor cooking and entertaining. Additionally, an indoor barbecue lounge area located near the pool includes tables for up to 20 people and is complete with a bathroom fitted with a shower, offering a versatile space for larger social occasions. A decorative fish pond adds a tranquil and distinctive touch to the exterior of the property, completing an outdoor environment that is as varied as it is inviting.

Villa Violet is a fully equipped property designed to cater to every need during your stay. On the ground floor, the entrance area features a dining table for 6 people alongside a comfortable sofa and a fireplace, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The open-plan kitchen is outfitted with a full range of appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric cooker, fridge, American coffee maker, toaster, blender, and juicer. A separate laundry room houses a washing machine for added practicality. The living room is equipped with satellite television offering basic channels, while a second living area features a large sofa and air conditioning for comfort throughout the warmer months. The 5 bedrooms are distributed across both the ground floor and the first floor. The villa also includes a dedicated gym room equipped with a spinning bike, treadmill, elliptical trainer, and a full set of weights including a bench and dumbbells, making it an excellent choice for guests who wish to maintain an active routine during their stay. The rental price includes water, gas, electricity, garden maintenance, and one complete cleaning service per week. Additional services are available upon request, including extra beds, a cot, and a high chair. A reservation fee and a final cleaning fee of 300 euros are payable upon arrival. A security deposit of 3,000 euros is required. The minimum stay is 7 nights with arrival on Saturday. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out must be completed by 10:00. Please note that late arrivals from 8:00 pm incur an additional charge.
