The living and dining area forms the heart of the space, furnished with 1 sofabed measuring 130 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing flexible and comfortable sleeping arrangements for all guests. A kitchenette is conveniently located in the entrance area, fully equipped to meet your everyday culinary needs. The bathroom includes a bath and WC. From the living area, you have direct access to a south-facing balcony of 4 square metres, complete with balcony furniture and offering a beautiful view of the ski run.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
