This vacation rental is a beautifully renovated 1-room studio of 22 m2, situated on the 7th floor with a south-facing position that ensures excellent natural light throughout the day. The studio accommodates a maximum of 4 guests and features 1 combined living and sleeping area along with 1 bathroom. The main space serves as both a living and dining room, furnished with 2 double sofa beds, each measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, offering comfortable sleeping arrangements for all guests. A flat-screen television is positioned within the living area for in-room entertainment. The studio opens directly onto a 4 m2 south-facing balcony equipped with outdoor furniture and offering a scenic view of the ski run. The entrance area houses a fully equipped kitchenette, while the bathroom includes both a bath and a WC. The flooring throughout the studio consists of elegant parquet, complementing the modern furnishings introduced during the 2022 renovation.
Amenities Included
The studio is thoughtfully equipped with a comprehensive range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. In the kitchenette, you will find 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a raclette grill. Capsules compatible with the SENSEO coffee machine are available at an extra charge. The living area features a flat-screen television, and electric heating is available throughout the studio to keep you warm during cooler periods. The balcony is furnished with outdoor seating, allowing you to enjoy the south-facing views in comfort.

The studio is offered by a private individual in accordance with Art. 155, IV of the CGI. The property is reserved exclusively for non-smokers, and a smoke alarm is installed on the premises for your safety. Internet access via WiFi is available at an extra charge. Please be aware that the SENSEO coffee machine capsules are also provided at an additional cost.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
