A second balcony of 3 m2 with a north-facing position is accessible directly from this room. The kitchenette is located in the entrance area and is well-appointed for self-catering stays. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
