This beautifully renovated vacation rental is a 1-room studio of 22 m2 situated on the 17th floor, offering a south-facing position with a stunning view of the ski run. The studio accommodates a maximum of 4 guests and features 1 combined living and sleeping area, along with 1 bathroom. The living and dining area is elegantly furnished with modern décor and includes 1 double sofa bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 set of bunk beds with 2 berths, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. Throughout the studio, parquet floors add a warm and refined touch to the overall aesthetic. A small kitchen is located in the entrance area and is fitted with a mini-oven, an oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine. A south-facing balcony of 4 m2 extends from the living area and is furnished with 1 deck chair, offering direct views of the ski run.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
