This vacation rental is a thoughtfully designed 1-room apartment of 22 m2, situated on the 12th floor in a south-facing position, accommodating a maximum of 4 guests. The single main room serves as a combined living and dining area, featuring 1 double sofa bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 set of bunk beds with dimensions of 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The apartment includes 1 bathroom fitted with a bath and WC. A kitchenette is integrated into the living space, and a 4 m2 south-facing balcony extends from the main room, offering a direct view of the ski run. The floors throughout the apartment are finished in parquet.
Amenities Included
The apartment is equipped with electric heating to ensure a comfortable stay during cooler periods. The kitchenette is well appointed with an oven, 2 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, and a raclette grill. Capsules compatible with the SENSEO coffee machine are available at an extra charge. For your convenience, a flat-screen television is provided in the living area. Additional facilities include an iron and a hair dryer. WiFi internet access is available for an extra fee.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
