This vacation rental is a 1-room studio of 22 square metres situated on the 9th floor with a south-facing position, accommodating a maximum capacity of 4 guests. The studio features a combined living and dining area furnished with 1 double sofa bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 set of bunk beds with 2 sleeping spaces, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing a total of 1 bedroom configuration across the space. The studio includes 1 bathroom fitted with a bath and WC. A balcony of 4 square metres, also south-facing, extends from the living area and offers a direct view of the ski run. The balcony is equipped with furniture and 2 deck chairs, making it an inviting outdoor space to enjoy the surrounding scenery.

The studio is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The small kitchen features a mini-oven, an oven, a dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Dolce Gusto capsules, which are available as an extra. A raclette grill is also provided for guests to enjoy. A television is available in the living area for entertainment. For laundry needs, a washing machine is at your disposal, along with an iron to keep your clothing neat throughout your stay. A hair dryer is provided in the bathroom for added convenience. The studio benefits from electric heating to ensure warmth and comfort during your visit.

The studio is offered by a private individual in accordance with Art. 155, IV of the CGI. The property is reserved exclusively for non-smokers, and a smoke alarm is installed for the safety of all guests. Internet access via WiFi is available at an additional charge, as are Dolce Gusto coffee capsules for the in-unit coffee machine. Guests are kindly reminded to respect the non-smoking policy throughout the entirety of their stay, including on the balcony.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
