The first bedroom is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and includes a hand-basin and a separate WC, with access to an east-facing balcony. The second bedroom features 2 single beds each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and opens onto a south-facing balcony of 3 m2. The bathroom is separate and complemented by an additional separate WC. The apartment is finished with carpet flooring throughout, and the overall layout is designed to make the most of the natural light and panoramic alpine scenery.

This vacation rental is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchenette is well appointed with a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
