The studio is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate a maximum capacity of 4 guests within 1 bedroom space and 1 bathroom. The living and dining area is furnished with 1 double sofabed measuring 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 set of bunk beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for all guests. A flat-screen television is also featured in this space. The studio opens directly onto a 4 m2 north-facing balcony equipped with balcony furniture, from which guests can enjoy a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. The entrance area houses a practical kitchenette fitted with 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom includes a bath and WC. Throughout the studio, elegant parquet floors add a warm and refined touch to the overall atmosphere.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
