The main living and dining area is equipped with 1 double sofabed measuring 130 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 set of bunk beds with dimensions of 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests. A kitchenette is located in the entrance area and is fitted with 2 hot plates, a mini-oven, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom includes a bath and WC. A 4 m2 balcony accessible directly from the studio also faces north and comes furnished with balcony furniture, providing a pleasant outdoor space from which to enjoy the surrounding mountain and valley scenery.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
