This vacation rental is a 2-room apartment of 42 m2 situated on the 7th floor with a south-facing orientation, accommodating a maximum of 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment was partly renovated in 2025 and features comfortable, modern furnishings throughout.
On the ground level, the entrance hall incorporates a kitchen corner with a fully equipped kitchenette. The living and dining area is furnished with a double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a dining table, and a television. From the living area, you have direct access to a small south-facing balcony of 3 m2, offering a very beautiful view of the mountains, the valley, the ski run, and the resort. A bathroom and a separate WC complete this floor.
The upper floor is accessed via a spiral staircase and comprises 1 large room with a double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, equipped with electric heating. A sleeping alcove on this floor features 1 set of bunk beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, also with electric heating. A shower with WC serves this upper level. Parquet floors feature throughout the apartment.
Amenities Included
The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchenette in the entrance hall includes an oven, a dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are provided complimentary. A television is located in the living and dining area for your entertainment. Heat is available throughout the apartment via electric heating units on the upper floor, ensuring warmth during your stay. A hair dryer is also provided for your convenience. Additional facilities include a safe and a children's high chair. A baby cot is available upon request as an extra.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
