Apartment "A 211" is a 1-room vacation rental of 21 m2 situated on the 2nd floor of the building, with a north-facing position offering beautiful panoramic views of the mountains, the valley, and the ski run. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests and features 1 bedroom configuration distributed across a thoughtfully arranged interior. The living and dining area serves as a multifunctional space, furnished with a pull-out bed suitable for 1 person, with dimensions of 2 x 80 cm and a length of 190 cm, as well as a dining table. A dedicated sleeping alcove provides additional sleeping arrangements, including 1 single bed measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with 1 set of bunk beds accommodating 2 persons. The apartment also includes 1 bathroom fitted with a bath and WC. A small balcony of 3 m2, also north-facing, extends the living space and offers direct exposure to the surrounding alpine scenery. The apartment was partly renovated in 2025 and features very comfortable furnishings throughout, with carpet flooring adding warmth to the interior.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
