The 1 large bedroom contains 1 double bed measuring 1 x 140 cm with a length of 190 cm. The bathroom includes a combined bath and WC. Throughout the apartment, parquet floors add a warm and refined touch, and a small balcony of 3 m2 extends the living space with an exceptional panoramic outlook.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
