The living and dining area is thoughtfully furnished and includes 1 single bed measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 double sofa bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for all guests. A dining table is also present in this space. The entrance hall incorporates a kitchen corner with a kitchenette. The bathroom is complemented by a separate WC. The studio also benefits from a small balcony of 3 square metres, from which you can enjoy the surrounding natural scenery.

The kitchenette is well equipped for self-catering stays, featuring 2 hot plates, a dishwasher, a toaster, an electric kettle, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Dolce Gusto capsules, which are available as an extra. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
