The apartment features 1 bedroom with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom includes a shower and a separate WC, bringing the total to 1 bathroom facility.

The apartment is equipped with a well-appointed kitchenette that includes a dishwasher, a microwave, 2 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available as an extra. Heat is available throughout the apartment by means of electric heating, ensuring a comfortable stay regardless of the season. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
