The entrance hall connects to a fully equipped kitchenette corner featuring an oven, 3 induction hot plates, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and complimentary Nespresso capsules. A bathroom and a separate WC complete the facilities on this level.
Accessed via a spiral staircase, the upper floor hosts a large room with a double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as a sleeping alcove fitted with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Both sleeping areas on this floor are equipped with electric heating. A shower with WC is also available on this level. Throughout the apartment, parquet floors add a warm and refined aesthetic to the overall interior.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
