The property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests and features 1 bedroom area alongside 1 bathroom. The living and dining area is equipped with a dining table and a pull-out bed suitable for 1 person, measuring 2 x 80 cm with a length of 190 cm. A sleeping alcove provides additional sleeping capacity through 1 set of bunk beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The single bathroom is complemented by a separate WC, and the floors throughout the apartment are carpeted. A small north-facing balcony of 3 m2 extends from the living area and offers a partial view of the mountains, the valley, the ski run, and the resort. A kitchenette is located in the entrance area and is fitted with 2 hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave. Please be aware that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
