This fully renovated vacation rental is a 1-room studio of 22 square metres situated on the 6th floor, offering a south-facing position with a very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, the valley, and the resort. The property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests and features 1 bedroom area alongside 1 bathroom. The studio is thoughtfully arranged to make the most of its space, combining a living and dining area with a dedicated sleeping alcove and an entrance hall that incorporates a kitchen corner. The living and dining area is furnished with 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as a dining nook. The sleeping alcove contains 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing comfortable accommodation for additional guests. The bathroom consists of a shower and a separate WC. The studio also benefits from parquet floors throughout and a small balcony of 3 square metres, from which the panoramic views can be fully appreciated. The property was fully renovated in 2025 and is presented with practical and comfortable furnishings.

A safe is also available on the premises for the secure storage of valuables.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
