The main living and dining area is bathed in natural light through a panoramic north-facing window and is furnished with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 double sofa bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making the space both versatile and welcoming. A dining table completes the living area, which also provides direct access to a small private balcony of 3 m2, equally north-facing, where you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, the ski run, and the resort. The entrance hall connects seamlessly to a kitchen corner equipped with a kitchenette. The bathroom features a shower and a separate WC. Throughout the studio, elegant parquet floors add a warm and refined touch to the overall aesthetic.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
