Villa Tamariu accommodates guests with a comprehensive set of house rules and practical arrangements to ensure a comfortable and respectful stay. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. A security deposit of 2,000 EUR is required and must be provided in the form of a credit card pre-authorization, meaning the amount is not debited from your card. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, and the organisation of events on the property is not allowed without prior approval. Children are warmly welcome, and a safety fence around the pool is in place, or can be arranged on demand. Please note that the pool has no swimming guard, and children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool. The house must be returned in the same condition as at check-in, as additional fees may otherwise be charged. The rates include bed and household linens, electricity, water, gas, and Internet WiFi. A weekly change of linens and towels is also included for stays of a minimum of 2 weeks.
