The lower level of Villa Jondal, accessible via an independent entrance through the garden, houses a well-equipped fitness room, a laundry room, and a cellar fridge, providing practical amenities that complement the luxury of the upper living spaces. The spacious main living area features a television, a dining zone, and a fully equipped kitchen, with direct access to the outdoor lounge. Check-in is available from 16:00 and check-out is required by 10:00. Late check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 incurs an additional charge, as does late check-in between 00:00 and 09:00. A security deposit of 3,000.00 EUR is required and must be provided in the form of a credit card pre-authorization, meaning the amount is not debited from your card. A final cleaning fee of 300 EUR is payable upon arrival. Included in the rental rates are bed and household linens, electricity, water, gas, garden maintenance, housecleaning upon departure, housekeeping for 4 hours per day except on Sundays and public holidays, pool maintenance, and a weekly change of linens and towels for stays of a minimum of 2 weeks.
