The living and dining area is thoughtfully arranged to maximize comfort, featuring 1 double sofabed measuring 130 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 set of bunk beds with 2 sleeping berths, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A flat-screen television and DVD player are also present in the living space, adding to the relaxed atmosphere of the room. The kitchenette, located in the entrance area, is fully equipped for self-catering stays and includes a mini-oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine compatible with Nespresso Magimix capsules, a raclette grill, and a cheese fondue set. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC. Elegant parquet floors run throughout the studio, and a 4 m2 north-facing balcony accessible directly from the living area offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valley, complete with terrace furniture for outdoor relaxation.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
