From this area, you have direct access to the garden and to the terrace. The first bedroom measures 10 m2 and is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second bedroom also measures 10 m2 and is equipped with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The apartment also features an open kitchen fitted with an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine with a combination microwave. The bathroom includes a shower and WC. Access to the apartment is via 20 steps.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
