The first upper-floor room measures 12 m2, features sloping ceilings, and is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 200 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as electric shutters and access to the balcony. The second upper-floor room measures 11 m2, also with sloping ceilings, and contains 2 single beds each measuring 100 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also fitted with electric shutters. A shower and WC are located on this floor, bringing the total number of bathrooms to 1, complemented by the separate WC on the ground floor. The property also features a south-facing balcony of 5 m2, a large terrace of 30 m2 that is partly roofed, and a lawn of 100 m2, all furnished with appropriate outdoor furniture.
