"Knusperhaus Gretel" is a charming 4-room vacation rental spread across 2 levels, offering approximately 75 m2 of living space with a maximum capacity of 6 guests. The property features partly sloping ceilings and is furnished in a cosy style with wooden furniture throughout, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

On the ground floor, the living and dining area welcomes you with a Scandinavian wood stove, a dining nook, and direct access to both the terrace and the patio. The first bedroom on this level measures 12 m2 and is equipped with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. An open kitchen of 8 m2 is also located on this floor, alongside a separate WC.

The upper floor is accessed via a spiral staircase and houses the remaining 2 bedrooms, bringing the total to 3 bedrooms across the property. The first upper-floor room measures 12 m2, features sloping ceilings, and is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 200 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as electric shutters and access to the balcony. The second upper-floor room measures 11 m2, also with sloping ceilings, and contains 2 single beds each measuring 100 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also fitted with electric shutters. A shower and WC are located on this floor, bringing the total number of bathrooms to 1, complemented by the separate WC on the ground floor. The property also features a south-facing balcony of 5 m2, a large terrace of 30 m2 that is partly roofed, and a lawn of 100 m2, all furnished with appropriate outdoor furniture.

Additional family-friendly facilities include a children's high chair and a baby cot suitable for children up to 2 years of age. "Knusperhaus Gretel" is a non-smoking property, and guests are kindly asked to respect this rule throughout their stay. As a welcoming gesture, you will receive 1 free bread roll per person for the first breakfast of your holiday, 1 bag of gummy bears, and 1 bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival. From 1st November to 1st March, 1 bag of pellets weighing 15 kg for the pellet stove is provided free of charge. The property is particularly well suited for families.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
