"Smuk" is a charming 4-room vacation rental spread across 2 levels, offering approximately 75 m2 of thoughtfully arranged living space with a warm, Scandinavian aesthetic and cosy wooden furniture throughout. The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower and WC.

On the ground floor, the heart of the home is a generous living and dining room of 25 m2, featuring a Scandinavian wood stove and a flat screen cable TV, as well as a hi-fi system, creating an inviting atmosphere for relaxation and socialising. From this space, you have direct access to both the terrace and the patio. The open kitchen, measuring 8 m2, is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom of 12 m2 features a double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is complemented by a hand-basin and a separate WC. A shower room with WC is also located on this level. The rooms on the ground floor are connected by stairs in a mezzanine configuration.

The upper floor is accessed via a spiral staircase and houses the remaining 2 bedrooms, both featuring sloping ceilings that lend a characterful, intimate feel. The first upper-floor room measures 12 m2 and contains a double bed of 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to the balcony. The second upper-floor room measures 11 m2 and is furnished with 2 single beds, each 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with access to the balcony.

The property is equipped with a comprehensive range of amenities designed to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. In the kitchen, you will find a dishwasher, a microwave, 4 hot plates, an oven, and an electric coffee machine complete with Senseo capsules, making meal preparation effortless. A washing machine is also available for your use, along with an iron and a hair dryer for everyday practicalities. The living area is warmed by a fireplace in the form of a Scandinavian wood stove, with logs available as an extra, and entertainment is provided through a flat screen cable TV and a hi-fi system. Electric heating ensures the entire home remains comfortable throughout your stay. The outdoor spaces are equally well appointed, with a private patio, a large terrace of 30 m2 that is partly roofed, and a small south-facing balcony of 5 m2 accessible from the upper floor. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, 2 deck chairs, and a portable barbecue are all provided for your enjoyment. A children's high chair is also available. The property offers free WiFi internet access throughout. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 1 dog permitted during your stay.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
