"De Bosrand" is a 3-room vacation rental of 75 m2 situated entirely on the ground floor, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The spacious living and dining area spans 40 m2 and serves as the heart of the property, offering direct access to both the garden and the terrace. The first bedroom measures 10 m2 and features 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom, also 10 m2, is equipped with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it well suited for children or additional guests. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC. The property also includes a kitchenette fitted with a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave. Please be aware that the 1st floor is mostly closed and uninhabited. Access from the parking lot to the apartment is via 7 steps.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Price Match
Die Vermieter, welche oben drüber wohnen wenn Sie auch dort Urlaub machen, waren super nett und freundlich. Leider lässt die Kücheneinrichtung zu wünschen übrig. Kein Brettchen worauf man etwas schneiden könnte, ein scharfes kleinen Messer zum schneiden wenn man was kochen möchte ist etwas wenig und Besteck ist leider auch nicht viel vorhanden. Die Herdplatten sowie die gesamte Küche sind alt. Die Herdplatten brauchen sehr lange bis sie warm werden.
Die Betten sollten unbedingt erneuert werden, besonders die zwei Einzelbetten, sobald man den Bettkasten geöffnet hat kam in kürzester Zeit ein modriger Geruch hoch und man musste das komplette Zimmer erstmal lüften um den Geruch loszuwerden.
Der Fernseher, welcher vorhanden ist gibt leider nur glaube 3 Kanäle die man schauen kann. Wenn man einen regnerischen Tag erwischt und mal einen Film im Fernsehen schauen möchte ist das ziemlich blöd.
Im Großen und Ganzen war die Ferienwohnung in Ordnung, wenn man sie auf den neusten Stand bringen würde, würden wir gerne wieder kommen.
