"Am Sternberg 97" is a 4-room vacation rental house spanning 75 m2 across 2 levels, welcoming up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. On the ground floor, the property opens into a spacious living and dining room of 25 m2, furnished with a combination of modern and wooden furniture and equipped with a flat screen cable TV, a DVD player, and a wood-burning stove. From this area, you have direct access to both the terrace and the patio. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom of 12 m2 features 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a hand-basin and a separate WC. The open kitchen of 8 m2 is fully equipped and connects naturally to the living area. A shower and WC complete the ground floor facilities. The ground floor rooms are connected by stairs through a mezzanine arrangement. On the upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, you will find 2 additional bedrooms, both featuring sloping ceilings. The first upper floor bedroom measures 12 m2 and contains 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a hand-basin, and direct access to the balcony. The second upper floor bedroom measures 11 m2 and is fitted with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a hand-basin, and access to the balcony. Outdoors, the property offers a south-facing balcony of 5 m2, a large terrace of 30 m2 that is partly roofed, and a lawn area of 150 m2, all furnished with dedicated terrace and balcony furniture.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
