From this main living area, you have direct access to the terrace and patio. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom of 12 m2 features a double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a hand-basin and a separate WC. The open-plan kitchen, measuring 8 m2, is fully equipped and connects naturally to the living space. A shower and WC complete the ground floor facilities. The ground floor rooms are connected by an internal staircase in a mezzanine configuration. Ascending via a spiral staircase to the upper floor, you will find 2 additional bedrooms, both featuring characteristic sloping ceilings. The first upper floor bedroom measures 12 m2 and is furnished with a double bed of 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to the balcony. The second upper floor bedroom measures 11 m2 and offers 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with access to the balcony.
